Car park is poorly laid out and new machines will ask if you wish to have a copy of your receipt, whatever you do print and retain your copy. I didn’t and got landed with a £60 PCN because there was no apparent payment. This in effect means the dubious company has taken £63 from me for three hours parking. Following appeal where I was supplied with doctored evidence to show my VRM was not recorded at the paypoint, I was left with a pay or face £100 fee. Absolute joke, I’ve never not paid for my parking, whilst I will acknowledge that I’m not 100% sure I entered the correct VRM due to the surprise of a new and slightly different machine. I do not accept that I did not pay and they have taken the payment which if there data is correct doesn’t correspond to a car entering the car park.
