Disgusting customer service! My daughter purchased a dress out of her own money. After one wear I noticed the stitching on the zip was faulty leaving a hole where the zip is meant to be attached to the dress. I had taken this back 12 days later as it’s a manufactured error and isn’t fit for purpose. RAJ, the owner, stated as the dress has been worn he will not grant a refund which goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Raj proceeded to say he can stitch the dress for me but that’s all he can do. After contacting trading standards, who clarified the dress isn’t fit for purpose and advices me on how I can take further action, I went back to Raj to explain what trading standards have said as i didn’t want to go down a legal road over £24.99, Raj smiled at me and stated he will not grant a refund. Just be aware, this man knows nothing about consumer rights, he has no customer service standards and he is more then happy to take the money from a child and will take no responsibility for his faulty items he is selling in his Walsall store.
